"trap f.i." ??
I'm not sure I follow where you are having issue. It sounds like you know what you need and where to get it.
On the SelectedIndexCh anged event you can get the obtain the currently selected item in a few ways.

tlhintoq,
I am looking for a code sample. Sofar all I could trap were the DataGridView events, not the DataGridViewCom boBox events.
Do you have an example?

My mistake. Too early in the morning I guess. I just saw "combobox" not "datagridviewco mbobox"
