Document Scanner Connections

Hello All ! ! !

I try to create a software that need the a scanner connection to comvert
documents to digital and then store then on MySQL database ! ! !

The only way that I know is the TWAIN but I don't know how to write C or C++
to create my own API

Is there anyone that have any idea on it ? ? ?

Or ! !

Is there anyone that can write that part of code for me and if yes how will
that be cost ? ? ?

There's no point in starting from scratch when it's already been done for

I already know that solutions but they are too expensive for the project
that I'm creating ! ! !
