Reportviewer control and stored procedures

Would anyone know the code which has to be manually inserted to get a
reportviewer control's datasource filled? I don't get a tableadapter
when added the control to the form, and no fill method is
automatically added as when I do it with a view or other sources?
Also, may need to add parameters. TY
