menuitem in context menu not fire

Hello, I've two menuitems(open & save) in a context menu, and a data
grid view linked to it.
I put some code in event of open.click & save.click. when start
program, right click data grid view, the context menu show-up ok. but
when click "open" or "save", the click event simply not fired. the
code in click event not execute at all.

any ideas? thanks for any help!
i use vs 2005, vb.net.
