How to know what window does a pointer specify on ???

Using GetWindow(WinAP I) I get a pointer to the title bar ( IntPtr type). How
I must know on what control he specifies in my app on WinForms. For example
how to know the name of control or title bar.

You may want to use 'Control.FromHa ndle' if the window handle belongs to
your application (process).
