    No, but you can be sure the user knew it.

      No, if you could it would be an extremely huge security flaw. Even in
      your own applications you should never be able to retrieve the current
      password for your application at any time except when you are doing
      the actual authentication. Passwords should be hashed one way and the
      hashes should be compared to validate users.

        (a little off topic...)

        No, not that password, but try installing this utility:
        SIW - System Information for Windows - Everything you ever wanted to know about your computer but were afraid to ask


        Start the program and select "Secrets" in the Software folder.

        Scary what this can uncover on some machines. Even worse if the
        same passwords are used for serious purposes. Teaches one to
        not allow web sites, MSN Messenger or whatever to remember your
        credentials.
