Can't sort datagrid by combo box columns

I made a grid with several columns. 2 of the columns are foreign keys from
2 other tables in the datasource. I am unable to sort alphabetically by the
combo box columns when I click on the column header.

I think it is sorting by id not by name. How can I make it sort by name?
