Crystal report can't run in window 2000 workstation

When i preview the report in Window 2000 workstation
there is an error
Not implemented
Details: Error Code:0X
Failed to open a rowset
Error in File c:\............ .......myReport .rtp
operation not yet implemented.

I am using vb.net + sql 2005 + CRver.10
Please help.

The same application run in XP or VISTA are fine.
