Trusting network-paths for all .NET apps (Solution)

Hello. We had a problem with rights for .NET apps, and other folk may be
interested in our MyCasPol.cmd solution, which runs across all .NET versions:

Our students were receiving faults in Visual Basic Studio 2005. New, unsaved
VB.NET projects ran OK, but after saving to their Home F: drives they’d error
with "... 'System.Resourc es.MissingManif estResourceExce ption' occurred in
mscorlib.dll"
