Setting an image list from another form

I have in my app an image list which contains all those images needed in my
app.

I'd like to use this image list in all forms, but it can't be selected
directly from properties because it shows only image lists in selected form.
Is there any way to assign it via Properties?

Of course it can be selected with a few lines of code, but I'd like to see
images in designer.
