Good Day All,
I have a series of Active X user controls that I am going to be needing to
use in a VB.NET project. However, I have a question about how the interop
works. All of these user controls were built with the anticipation that the
parent that instantiated them would implement a given interface. All of the
controls check for this using the following VB6 syntax
If TypeOf UserControl.Ext ender.Parent Is IControlInterfa ce Then
The question I have is what will happen to this call during the Interop
process? I can implement the IControlInterfa ce on the Windows Form that will
host the control but does this call return that or will it return the AxHost
based wrapper?
I hope this makes sense.
Thanks for the help!
Dan
