Check that you're logged in
Check that your connection string is correct
Check that the credentials are correct for the type of connection
Check that there isn't some sort of instance (individual pc) based security (at my work, not only does a user have to have access rights, the terminal/pc (not ip the actual pc) must also be granted rights to access the server)

If all of this is correct: You need to talk with your IT support and determine if you have "rights" to the server.

Looks as if the account you're logged in with doesn't have CREATE permissions in the master database. I would start with having a talk with your DBA (if you have one) or whomever is in charge of db permissions.
