How to setup real time data replication to head office SQL Server

I have more than 20 Branches Client SQL server 2000 and I want to do replication to the Head Office

How could i do it..
HOw could i do transactional Replication to the Head Office Sql Server 2000
I have register every of the Client to Sql Enterprise Manager.
I want to have real time data replication to head office Sql server.
Can i have any Step wise Process to
DO It..
