    how to set permissions for the new users in SQL Server 2008 ?

    Hi,

    I have created NEW LOGIN and NEW USERS in SQL 2008. Who will give permissions to the NEW USERS ? Is it by either root user(sa) or Login User(NEW LOGIN USER).

    The new user can't able to create a 'TABLE'. How we should set the permissions for the new user.
