Create script to copy user rights and priveleges to another user

I need to create another user in the data base with the same rights and priveleges as an existing user. Have not been able to do this can someone point me in the right direction. So when I copy the user it also copies the security assigned to each table etc...

Why not implement it using ROLES instead. You can just add users to it.
