Snap-in failed to initialize

Hello guys,

Can you please help me,I get the following error message when I try to open enterprise manager:

Snap-in failed to initialize.
Name: Microsoft SQL Enterprise Manager
CLSID:{00100100-1816-11D0-8EF5-00AA0062C58F}

I really do not know what to do.I can add data to my SQLDatabase through VB but I can't open the SQLDatabase in Enterprise manager. This happened after I repaired my windows software, now I don't know what to do please help.

You need to reinstall SQL server client tools. Also apply latest SQL server service packs on the box.
