I get an error message when using commission software

When using Commission Streamer software, when I click on 'use this snippet' I get the following error message.
CientUIWPFOutlo okNAAFAPP1 has stopped working.

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
