I have limited development experience, and I have been tasked to come up with an outline/steps on how to implement presence aggregation for telephony (cisco unified communications manager) and calendar (Microsoft exchange with calendaring service). I am to give premium points or even pay for this and there will be more questions to follow if you work with me.
- Which xmpp client/server is better to use spark/openfire or MomentIM/Jabber XCP, and why??
- What are the outlines/steps to establish this?? assuming cisco U.C manager (using SCCP/SIP) and M.S exchange (using HTTPS) will both provide presence to XMPP chat/IM CLIENT and Client will provide aggregated presence to XMPP server.
- Assuming I were to download relative SDK, how would I go about adding or working on an extension/API to establish?? steps.
