How to create the sample database manually in Db2

Hi ,

I just installed my Db2 9.7 Express edition on Windows 7 laptop.

I am unable to install db2sampl due to error SQL1205N Code page 1208 and Territory 0 is invalid.

Can I somehow find the script to generate the Sample db.
