How to install dotnet framework in windows 2003 server

Hi,
I have windows 2003 server and I installed mcafee and service pack4. After that I tried to install dotnet framework. But I cannot Install successfully, it roll backed. I dont know how to install.......

.net framework is usually installed via service pack or through windows update.

You may already have the latest version.
