create synonym command and pg_synonym table aren't exist

when I try to create a synonym using the create synonym command as follow,

CREATE SYNONYM  table  T on PUBLIC.TABLE1

I have the error like this:

(syntax error at or near "SYNONYM").

in addition, when I run the following query:

select * from pg_synonym

also I have an error:
( relation "pg_synonym " does not exist )

may be someone help me to solve these issues?

Postgres does not support synonyms.
