OCI libraries

I have some problem trying to connect to an oracle DB, I don't realy
understand how to use the oci libraries, some one can please help me?

See the examples on http://www.php.net/oci/. When you did look here and
still have questions, try to be more specific (e.g., what exactly you don't
understand?).
