In this when we select Banner Location 3 options will open when we select 1st or 2nd option then a textbox is shown to get the order & if the 3rd option is selected a textbox is shown to get the short_code, In the same way when we select Banner Format 3 options will open which will show different textbox to get the values....
Now the main problem is that all the selected values & the values of textboxes are inserting in the database but i want the solution to show only the inserted values in the database in php page.
