Disable Cache on XAMP

I am using XAMP to run my web pages on Windows Server 2008, after updating the pages, I still visualize the old pages. The problem is not caused by the browsers. Is there means of disabling cache on XAMP? Thanks in advance

This totally depends on configuration, and the kind of stuff you are doing in PHP.

PHP has several ways of doing cache.
