    How to stop my images from many times refreshing on my site?

    Hello,

    I am wondering what am I doing wrong in my php website? Is there a certain code that I am missing or something that I did wrong? Since the images are refreshing so much. I also optimized the images on photoshop and saved them for "web and devices". I'm really confused. I have been trying to fix it but it's so impossible to do.

    My website is:

    I tried php flushing and i also added in two "META HTTP-EQUIV" tags but still it refreshes:

    Code:
    <META HTTP-EQUIV="Cache-Control" CONTENT="no-cache">
    <META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">
    Can someone help me? I'd greatly appreciate it.

    Thank you heaps.

    I didn't found any auto refresh or refreshing again and again issue. but I have found your image loading time really long. you better remove the content='no-cache' meta. let the browser store your images. then next time it will be faster for browser to load your image. it also seems your server is not fast enough to send a 35 kilo byte image.

    I tried to load your image http://www.love-sparks.com/images/couples-500.jpg
    it was ok but slow :)
