i am developing a website in PHP for illiterate people, to teach language alpehbatically.
at the end i'll create assesment phase in which learners have to speak aloud through microphone the shown alphabet letter.when the learner pronunciate the word that will compare with the saved alphabetic pronunciation.
My question is,in PHP the VOICE COMPARISION is possible or not????..
please help me out.
