Copy Selection? from .chm

Using: php_manual_en.c hm on Windows XP

I'm trying to keep a few notes from the manual in text files.
And would love to select blurbs from the .chm
Encouraged by the right-click menu option, "Copy Selection to Clipboard"

Unfortunately, it does not work.
or Maybe just works when it wants to.
Any Suggestions ?

ps: I do see the links that copy pre-assigned sections: "Copy to Clipboard"

You must be referring Extended manual which is a dead project now
and out of date, AFAIK. Yes, I see the same bug here; looks like a bug
in the JS.
