How must I insert the php5apache2_2.dll file correctlyso that apache will start?

I have installed apache on my Windows 7 laptop, as well as php and mysql, but now every time I try to start apache, it says the file "c:/server/php5apache2_2.d ll" could not be found. So I downloaded the file and inserted it in the correct place but it still doesn't work.

Help please?
