I want to know how to place data in html form which uses textbox and labels..data is retrieved from database successfully..A nd my requirement is to place individual data in individual text box rather than in table format..so pls help me to get the answer..

Show us what you have so far.
All you have to do is fetch the data from your database, use awhileorforloop (depending on the method you use) to iterate over the results, and print them out into your desired format.
If you are having trouble doing that, check out the examples for your database type in the PHP manual. They usually include basic examples to help you get going. - For example, check out mysql_query to see how it is done using MySQL.
