Bulk redirection, how to keep text as is And only convert the http link

[chirs]

okay i paid this guy to do a job from me and he completly messed it up, well it works just not the pretiest thing you have seen.

i wanted a bulk redirection, one that will will any text and only convert the "http://" into the redirected link

for example

Ex: hello my name is chris
looking for http://somelink.com

turns it into
Ex: hello my name is chris
looking for http://converted-link.com

the site is ihide.me/red1/bulk.php
