why i get the download dialogue box while previewing php page

i integrated a php file named as ssr2 by using the code line

<?php include("ssr2.php"); ?>

the two files are in same directory. but when i preview the file in browser, instead of displaying form, a dialogue box opens that gives the option of download of ssr2. i want to get rid of this download option if anyone can help me

are you setting any headers anywhere?

no im not setting any header ..header for what ?/
