How I can do that!!!
when user type site.com/library he/she acces link site.com/?mod=library
And if possible I would like to make automatic sistem for it on registation.... .
As I know it is virtual domain

You will have to do this using mod rewrite. Only if you are using apache server. If other server it may have solution.

If server is apache, create a file named .htaccess and save this. Upload .htaccess file to ur home dir.

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^olddomain\.com $ [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.mynewdomain .com/$1 [R=301,L]
