I have a website, changed the domain name now several links don't work and some are not even there, as well as the toolbar on the site is not functional, anyone know what is the problem, it's a PHP Database.

When you say the links don't work, are they just pointing to the wrong domain? Are they <a> links or include() links? When you say toolbar, is this a custom toolbar or what?
Let's start with the basics:
Have you changed all references (HTML & PHP) to your old domain to the new one? -
no they are pointing to the new domain, however several links on the website don't function correctly, and on members pers page several links are gone, as well as photo albums are not centered, also the option to upload photos/music/video on members pages are gone.Comment

I wish that I could know what you're talking about, but without any code, errors, or more descriptive explanations, I have no way of knowing what might be wrong.
Can you figure out which script(s) are not working? Even more so, can you figure out which lines are not working?
When you say the links "don't function correctly" what do you mean? Do they not do anything? Do they go to the wrong anchor? Do they crash you system? All these will have different solutions and mean different things.
Have you checked the HTML that the scripts are outputting? If the HTML is correct, your browser is broken. If it's incorrect, find the line in the PHP that outputs it, and work back from there to figure out what is going wrong.Comment

it may also be that (some of) your CSS and JS files are not loaded, due to their links pointing to the wrong place.Comment
