How to pipe an email to PHP and resend certain parts?

Ok, so I can pipe an email to a program, but I need help with the script. I am looking to send an email to a certain address and then once the email gets to the address and piped to the script, I would like only the body of the email to be sent to another address. I would also like the email to have a different from email address and reply address. The reason I need a different from and reply address is because the email will be sent from my personal address, but I would like it to display my business address. The email address that it gets sent to is a predefined email address that will then distribute the edited email to all of the intended recipients.

Never done it before myself but I found this. Step 3 is about parsing the email received. Should be able to be adapted to what you're after. Quite a simple but clever piece of code.
