how to convert a 'asmx' file to xml file?

hi all;
i have a text box that user can insert path of a webservices like "http://localhost/ws/webs.asmx";
then i want convert webs.asmx into a xml file to parse it .
is there a way that i do it?
plz heeeelppp me;
