How to pass combobox value to another page?

I have three combobox for menu ,submenu and subsubmenu. When I click the first combox ,second combobox should be appeared displaying the value related to the first combox box and when i click the second one third one should be open displaying the related value.
If second combox box has no items then add form should be opened . My problem is that I am not able to pass the id of the menus to the add page.
Is there any way to send the combox value to the next page.?

if you're using them within a form im sure that you would still use the POST method and then pick it up from the next page as $_POST['menuID'] like a normal form... or if it's not a form you could use $_GET though $_POST is better as the info won't show in the address bar
