immediate help - destroy session while an user is dead in one page

would you please help me.
i am writing an website and i want to while an user is loged in and is dead in one page without go to another page or press any key if he/she is stayed in one page greater than 1 hour his/her session is destroyed.
if you introduce an script or introduce an source science i thank you very much
