sablotron switch from 0.97 to 1.0.1

Hi,

I noticed one good thing while upgrading to sablotron 1.0.1 : the
xpath element@attribu te doesn't work anymore , needs to be standards
element/@attribute

but my question here is why do I get this error


"Sorry, transfomation error XML parser error 8: duplicate attribute -
error code is 2"



when the transformation is done perfectly throught XMLSPy for instance
(huge XML / XSL , sorry I can not post them..)

One thing I find out anyway in the xml is that no attribute is
duplicated ...

has anyone had this error before ?
