An unidentified errors has occured

Sir,

I'm having problem connecting my database. I'm using Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 with Appserv 4.

I have already created the table in the database. But trying to make connection in the macromedia dreamweaver 8.

After making the connection, i will see (An unidentified errors has occured)

Pls i need your help.

Can you please post the code, in code tags, so that we see the connection code you have, change any sensitive information such as passwords and servers.

If it's DreamWeaver's problem, you should probably talk to the people who made it or are familiar with it.
