problem to upload website

our website is uploaded on php version 5.2.5 but ,why same website cannot uploade on php version 5.1.6

what changes i have to do? plz help me.

some php functions (or some parameters) require a minimum version. check against php.net's reference, version requirements are stated just below the function name.

You have to find the errors and, like Dorm said, check them against the php.net site for reference.

Many things become deprecated as new PHP releases come along, often because they are unsafe, misused or there is a better alternative.
