    Project management software?

I'm trying to find a good solution for project management.

In the perfect world, it would be an open-source PHP application that
handles Project Management (multiple clients / multiple projects),
Customer Relationship Management (contact information, call/email/
    contact log), and Change Management.

Can anyone suggest a good software package? Free and open-source is
    best, but isn't a requirement.

    Take a look at SugarCRM:

Drive B2B sales with clear data, automated follow-ups, and built-in insights. Manage accounts and act fast at every step of the customer journey.

It will probably have enough CRM functionality for you. I am not so
sure about project management, but there may be third-party extensions
that address this. Or, if push comes to shove, you can extend it on
    your own...

    Cheers,

Products which are good in one area tend to be poor in others.

Dotproject is a very good project management package (PHP,
opensource). SugarCRM is a very good CRM tool (PHP, opensource).

I've not come across anything good for change mgmt

Some might argue that any change management software is bad for change
          management... (;
