CMS Opensourse software XOOPS

hi,

Someone has told me that XOOPS is an opensourse software ro make CMS . I want to use it and i have downloaded commercepack from http://www.xoops.org/
but the problem is that i don't know how to use it exaclty , i am not understading that how i will implement it in my sites . when ever i try to call any of the files given in software it gives error as

Warning: include_once(../../../mainfile.php) [function.includ e-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in E:\xampp\htdocs \modules\conten t\admin\admin_h eader.php on line 31

All modules and Themes from xoops works with ImpressCMS.

I have downloaded impresscms and trying to install but it is giving me error atfter selection of language step as follows

I suggest you try a better known CMS such as joomla.
