Why, when there are so many free newsgroups already out there?
The topics i am going to deal with are :
    1. Php programming (A language through which you can build great
    websites).
    Already on Usenet:
    comp.lang.php
    alt.php
    2. Mysql database ( A popular database).
    comp.databases. mysql
    3. HTML programming.
To mention the ones just involving HTML:
    alt.html
    alt.html.critiq ue
    alt.html.dhtml
    alt.html.dynami c
    alt.html.editor s.toppage
    alt.html.editor s.webedit
    alt.html.server-side
    alt.html.tags
    alt.html.web-accessibility
    alt.html.webedi t
    alt.html.writer s
    comp.infosystem s.www.authoring.html
    4. Creating and hosting websites.
    alt.freewebhost ing
    alt.paidwebhost ing
    alt.webhosting
    alt.websites
    alt.www.webmaster
    5. Google updates and new google technologies.
    alt.internet.se arch-engines
    comp.internet.s ervices.google

The first of these involve not only Google, but other search engines as
    well.
    6. Job vacancies in and around chennai (Location will be expanded in
    future).
Why limited to Chennai? (Which I found out is the 4th largest city in
    India.)

You already have the [state].jobs* newsgroups for the US. You have
resume offices and unemployment agencies in your local country,
including the big job websites, such as Monster.com, Yahoo! HotJobs,
CareerBuilder.c om, Jobs.com, Dice.com (for technology related jobs),
    etc.
You can also refer your friends.
So register soon and get your problems cleared as quick as possible.
Why register, when you can post to Usenet for free? A Usenet client and
access to a newsgroup server is all you need.

      ..oO(iteamhub)
i am a programmer and i have created a forum
Far too many people create their own forums or blogs. And guess what?
Most of them are not read by anyone or completely dead right from the
beginning. Why not use the forums that already exist (there are more
than enough!) or simply Usenet, where you can find at least half a dozen
newsgroups to almost every topic you can think of?

And even more important - in these newsgroups you can get real answers,
while in most web forums you're just talking with yourself.

You should drop it. IMHO it's a waste of time and doesn't help anybody.

      YMMV.

What innovation? And what's different about his "alternativ es" than what
has failed thousands of times in the past?

Nothing, but don't spoil his illusion. At least he's having a go, which is
more than can be said for most.

You are right. All topics have been covered. There is no room for
innovation or alternatives. I think I will eat my own navel.
As Jerry said, what innovation? All the OP did was re-invent the wheel,
not a whole different method of transportation.

And there already are thousands of alternatives out there, most of
which have only a few registered users and/or regular readers/posters.

... and then you came here and advertised it? Very lame, indeed.
And to top it off, the page won't load for me.
