    how can i format textarea?

    f.e.:

    <textarea><b> i wqant this text to be bold</b></textarea>

    <textarea> elements don't work in that fashion Piotr. Plaintext only =)

      and theres no chance to format text inside <textarea> tag? php won't help?

        Nope.. and PHP would be the last one to help as what you're after is
        client-side, whereas PHP is server-side.

        The "best" formatting you could get would be indentation by means of
        spaces, but that's pretty much the extent of it all.

        What you're really looking for I think, would be a Java solution where
        this would be possible, but I have idea about Java, never had the urge to
        try and learn it, but would enable the results of what you're after.
