Hi,
Is that a coursework questions?
If so i don't know the four that you're supposed to know, but i do know different ways of getting feedback from users of your site...

• Comments logged in a DB that you can look through via an administraion section,
• Comments page that emails you directly,
• If you allow people to sign up to you site, a high number of people signing up means a good feeback for your site.

But these are ways i use to monitor consumer satisfaction. I have to re-iterate that is this is for coursework you should go to get the proper answers from your teacher.
