I have got PHP 5 running on my Windows box using the Windows binaries, so
what exactly is your problem?

Likewise, I've had PHP5 running on both IIS5 and IIS6 boxes without
problems.

I run PHP5 on w2k with Apache without problems...

What windows vesrion are you using? You should use w2k at least anyway.
