    Canadian Hockey News is currently searching for a simple program that would allow for the evaluation of players based on a couple of categories that are predefined, as well as post comments. It would be great if the system could generate a report, but that is not necessary. The required module would also need to have the ability to block people and as well have possibly require people to register.           Not really considering I in NO way good at coding any language. I think I may have found a script on SF.net but I am having trouble setting it up. If anybody can help me it would be great.
