PHP relay/anonymizer?

Hey-o.

My sister is living in China for her husband's job. She is not a huge
intenret freak- so missing out on things like the Rise of Wikipedia
doesn't bother her.
But it surely bothers me- and I'd liek to visit her someday.

Is there a PHP web proxy or anonymizer system out there you can load
onto a site to bypass the Great Firewall of China?
If not- what's really involved in writing such a thing?

Just google for Anonymous DNS Servers. If you can connect to them, you can
connect to the world.

DNS servers won't do an awful lot of good. An anonymous proxy would be
more useful -- there are tonnes out there.
