Need help for using MING library

Hai all, why can't i use SWFPrebuiltClip () class?

it said that this SWFPrebuiltClip class() class not found. but i can use another class, like SWFMovie(), SWFBitmap() or SWFButton().
When i'm searching about SWFPrebuiltClip () class, it said that this class work in CVS, i dunno what CVS mean? i'm using windows OS..

is there any other way to load swf files?

CVS means that it's in the current development build of PHP, but it's not available in the public release.
