HTTP Error Code 401 Unauthorized

When i tried to connect with database(MySQL) using dreamweaver i got error message "HTTP Error Code 401 Unauthorized" so can anyone suggest me what may be the possible coz of this?

If you do not have enough privileges to access the requested resource from a web server headers will set like this and default page will execute.
